1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2236
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2236, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 4, line 11, after "support.", by inserting the
5 following:
6 "The Illinois Department's program shall also include
7 procedures for review and modification of the order for support
8 after the committed person's release from custody."; and

9 on page 4, by replacing line 13 with the following:
10 "facilitate receipt of requests from committed persons for
11 review and modification of orders for support.".
