2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4122 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 12 and 13 with the following:
4 "unless the peace officer either: (1) fails to qualify with the
5 firearm or (2) is declared unfit for duty and is unable to be
6 armed.".
