AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 312

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 312 as follows:

on page 1, line 22, by replacing "19" with "20"; and

on page 3, immediately below line 12, by inserting the following:

"(20) One member appointed by the Governor representing the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority."; and

on page 3, line 15, by replacing "Affairs" with "Opportunity"; and

on page 3, line 17, by deleting "Sites and"; and

on page 3, line 22, by replacing "Tollway" with "Toll"; and

on page 3, by deleting lines 23 through 26; and

on page 4, by deleting lines 1 through 3; and

on page 4, line 25, by replacing "an annual" with "one"; and

on page 5, line 1, after "force", by inserting "before January 15, 2011".
