AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1421

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1421 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing Section 13-1200 as follows:

(220 ILCS 5/13-1200)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2009)

Sec. 13-1200. Repealer. This Article is repealed July 1, 2010 2009.
