SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

    Amends the title of "An Act concerning criminal law", Public Act 94-397, by providing that the Act may be referred to as the Michelle Eppel Law. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning criminal law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. "An Act concerning criminal law", Public Act
5 94-397, approved August 2, 2005, is amended by changing the
6 title of the Act as follows:

7     (Public Act 94-397, Act title)
8 An Act concerning criminal law, which may be referred to as
9 the Michelle Eppel Law.

10     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.
