Amends the State Commemorative Dates Act. Provides that Veterans Day honors the victory in all wars of all United States Armed Forces (now, United States Army, Navy, and Air Force).

AN ACT concerning government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Commemorative Dates Act is amended by changing Section 90 as follows:

Sec. 90. Veterans Day. The eleventh day of November of each year shall be a holiday to be known as Veterans Day and to be observed throughout the State as a day to hold appropriate exercises in commemoration of the victory of all the United States Armed Forces Army, the United States Navy, and the United States Air Force in all wars.
