1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2820
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2820 on page 1,
3 line 16, after "fees.", by inserting the following:
4 "Any fee for licensure application or renewal for a day care
5 home, as defined in this Act, shall not exceed $500."; and

6 on page 1, line 18, after "foster home", by inserting "or day
7 care home"; and

8 on page 3, line 15, after "schedule.", by inserting the
9 following:
10 "Any fee for licensure application or renewal for a day care
11 home, as defined in this Act, shall not exceed $500."; and

12 on page 13, line 15, after "(a-10)", by inserting the
13 following:
14 "The Department shall publish information on substantiated
15 violations found in all facilities licensed under this Act,

1 other than foster homes."; and

2 on page 13, line 17, after "foster homes", by inserting "or day
3 care homes"; and

4 on page 19, immediately below line 23, by inserting the
5 following:

6 "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
7 2011.".
