AMENDMENT TO SENATE RESOLUTION 93

AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend Senate Resolution 93 on page 2, by replacing lines 10 through 20 with the following:

"(1) twelve members of the Senate, 6 members appointed by the President of the Senate, and 6 members appointed by the Minority Leader of the Senate; one member appointed by the President of the Senate shall serve as chair of the Task Force; and

(2) five members appointed by the Governor, who are not members of the General Assembly, representing a range of interests, including: law enforcement, pawnbrokers, consignment sellers, auctioneers, and insurance companies;".
