1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1336
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1336 on page 1,
3 lines 9 and 10, by deleting "international treaties and
4 standards;"; and

5 by replacing line 26 on page 3 and lines 1 through 9 on page 4
6 with the following:
7     ""Improper treatment" means (i) cruel and unusual
8 punishment as defined in the United States Constitution; or
9 (ii) any violation of subsection (d), (e), (f), or (g) of
10 Section 15 of this Act.
11     It".
