1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5332
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5332 on page 4,
3 immediately below line 12, by inserting the following:

4 "Section 32. Notice to local electric utility. Within 30
5 days after receiving a request for an electric vehicle charging
6 system policy, an application for the installation or use of an
7 electric vehicle charging system, or notification from an
8 association member that the member intends to install an
9 electric vehicle charging system, a homeowners' association,
10 common interest community association, or condominium unit
11 owners' association shall notify the electric utility from
12 which the association receives electricity or delivery
13 services of the planned installation.".
