AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5479 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5479 on page 2, line 
316, after the period, by inserting "For purposes of this 
4Section, the term "amusement" does not include the Illinois 
5State Fair, the DuQuoin State Fair, or any event held under the
