2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5612 as follows:
 
3by replacing line 22, on page 1 through line 2, on page 2 with 
4the following:
5"purposes of this Section, legal rifles include only lever 
6action rifles that fire .357 or .44 magnum handgun cartridges.
