AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5906

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5906, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1 as follows:

on page 2, line 1, by inserting after the period "To the extent client enrollment services are being provided as of the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly by an entity that has a financial relationship prohibited by this Section, the following transition provisions apply: Following the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly, the Department shall conduct a new procurement for client enrollment broker services. The entity awarded a contract pursuant to that new procurement shall then be ineligible for any future contracts that would cause it to be in violation of this Section.".
