AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 129 on page 1, line 10, by replacing "files" with "knowingly files"; and

on page 1, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with the following: "Class 4 felony for which the court may impose a fine of not less than $50,000 and not exceeding $500,000.".
