AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 67

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 67, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 18, by replacing lines 19 through 22 with the following:

"levied taxes."; and

on page 18, line 26, after the period, by inserting the following: "Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, a lien created by such recording shall not be senior to or in any manner have priority over any mortgage, judgment, or other lien upon the underlying parcel that was recorded prior to the recording of the contract or agreement identified in subsection (b).".
