AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2518, on page 3, by replacing lines 15 through 18 with the following:

"The Department shall certify the record of its proceedings if the taxpayer pays to it the sum of 10˘ per page, except that the Department may not charge a fee for the first 50 pages of the record. The charges may".
