2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3054, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1 as follows:

5 on page 1, line 11, after "of" by inserting "red or blue"; and

6 on page 2, by replacing lines 2 through 8 with the following:

7 "(b) Any person found guilty of violating this Section is
8 guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.".
