| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5892, AS AMENDED, | 3 | | with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. | 4 | | 1, as follows:
| 5 | | on page 2, after line 17, by adding the following: | 6 | | " "Standing protocol" may be issued by (i) a physician | 7 | | licensed to practice medicine in all its branches, (ii) a | 8 | | physician assistant who has been delegated the authority to | 9 | | prescribe asthma medications or epinephrine auto-injectors by | 10 | | his or her supervising physician, or (iii) an advanced practice | 11 | | nurse who has a collaborative agreement with a collaborating | 12 | | physician that delegates authority to issue a standing protocol | 13 | | for asthma medications or epinephrine auto-injectors. "; and | 14 | | on page 5, line 10, after "physician", by inserting " , | 15 | | physician assistant, or advanced practice nurse "; and |
