AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1708

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1708 on page 3, line 6, by changing "8" to "12"; and

on page 4, line 20, by changing "request" to "request by a domestic worker working or scheduled to work 12 of more hours for one employer"; and

on page 5, line 11, by changing "them;" to "them; and"; and

on page 5 by replacing lines 16 through 19 with "policies."; and

on page 7, line 12, by changing "15" to "30"; and

on page 8, line 9, by changing "15" to "30"; and

on page 9 by replacing line 24 with the following:

"hours, the"; and

on page 10 by replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following:

"employer and the domestic worker."; and

on page 11, line 16, by changing "pay" to "pay per week"; and

on page 12 in lines 12 and 17 by changing "21" each time it appears to "14"; and

on page 13, line 16, by changing "3" to "5"; and

on page 14, line 9, by changing "the employer" to "an employer that provides health coverage"; and

on page 20, line 14, by changing "15" to "21".
