| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4554 by deleting | 3 | | line 4 on page 1 through line 4 on page 2; and
| 4 | | on page 2, line 5, by replacing "10" with "5"; and | 5 | | on page 28, line 2, after the period, by inserting " If, at any | 6 | | time, the Secretary of the United States Department of Health | 7 | | and Human Services, or its successor agency, promulgates rules | 8 | | or regulations to be published in the Federal Register or | 9 | | publishes a comment in the Federal Register or issues an | 10 | | opinion, guidance, or other action that would require the | 11 | | State, pursuant to any provision of the Patient Protection and | 12 | | Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148), including, but not | 13 | | limited to, 42 U.S.C. 18031(d)(3)(B) or any successor | 14 | | provision, to defray the cost of any coverage outlined in this | 15 | | paragraph, then this paragraph is inoperative with respect to | 16 | | all coverage outlined in this paragraph other than that |
