1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1483
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1483, on page 1,
3 line 5, by replacing "Article Div." with "Division"; and

4 on page 2, immediately below line 1, by inserting the
5 following:
6     ""Vehicle" means any publicly or privately owned means of
7 transportation that is specifically designed, constructed, or
8 modified and equipped for the primary purpose of responding to
9 fire emergencies, and is intended to be used for and is
10 maintained or operated for the primary purpose of responding to
11 fire emergencies."; and

12 on page 3, immediately below line 20, by inserting the
13 following:
14     ""Vehicle" means any publicly or privately owned means of
15 transportation that is specifically designed, constructed, or
16 modified and equipped for the primary purpose of responding to

1 fire emergencies, and is intended to be used for and is

4 on page 5, immediately below line 16, by inserting the
5 following:

12 on page 7, immediately below line 12, by inserting the

17 fire emergencies, and is intended to be used for and is
18 maintained or operated for the primary purpose of responding to
