1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2313
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2313 as follows:

3 on page 2, line 6, by replacing "either" with "~~either~~"; and

4 on page 3, line 10, after the period, by inserting "Funds
5 transferred to or retained by a municipality before the
6 effective date of this amendatory Act of the 100th General
7 Assembly under this paragraph shall be retained by the
8 municipality."; and

9 on page 18, line 12, after "designee" by inserting "which may
10 include, but not be limited to, the Veterinary Clinical
11 Medicine Service Head of the Shelter Medicine Program of the
12 University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine"; and

13 on page 18, line 14, after "agent" by inserting "which may
14 include, but not be limited to, the University of Illinois
