1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 25
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 25 on page 2, line
3 8, by inserting after "140.403(a)(5)." the following:
4 "An examination via an Interactive Telecommunication System
5 may only be used for certification under this Section when a
6 psychiatrist is not on-site within the time period set forth in
7 this Section. If the examination is performed via an
8 Interactive Communication System, that fact shall be noted on
9 the certificate.".
