1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1456
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1456 by replacing
3 everything from line 26 on page 2 through line 2 on page 3 with
4 the following:
5 "exempt. If property located in a municipality with a
6 population of more than 500,000 inhabitants is not subject to
7 taxation due to its use for the purpose of parking, and any
8 portion of the property is used for a purpose other than
9 parking, that portion of the property shall be subject to
10 taxation under".
