1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3253
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3253 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following:
4 "treasurer in the city shall be by petition. Each petition for
5 nomination of a candidate must be signed by at least 2,500, but
6 not more than 7,500, ~~12,500~~ legal voters of the city.".
