1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4941
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4941 on page 5,
3 line 3, after "provider.", by inserting "For the purposes of
4 this subsection (d), health maintenance organizations that
5 provide or arrange for and pay or reimburse for the cost of any
6 health care services for persons who are enrolled in the
7 medical assistance programs under the Illinois Public Aid Code
8 shall comply with provider notification requirements
9 established by the Department of Healthcare and Family
10 Services.".
