    Amends the Community-Law Enforcement Partnership for Deflection and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Community-Law Enforcement Partnership for
5 Deflection and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Act is amended
6 by changing Section 1 as follows:

7     (5 ILCS 820/1)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
9 Community-Law Enforcement Partnership for Deflection and
10 Substance Use Disorder Treatment Act.
