AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2987 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2987 on page 10, 
3by replacing lines 7 through 9 with the following:


4    "(g)   The Department, through the Office of the Attorney 
5General, may commence an action for forfeiture of the 
6licensee's surety bond in the Circuit Court of Sangamon
