AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3862

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3862 on page 8, line 18, before the period, by inserting ". "Restricted Use Pesticide" does not include a pesticide containing a neonicotinoid that is applied by a licensed applicator or certified technician working in structural pest control"; and

on page 10, line 25, after "Agriculture", by inserting ", excluding any wood preservative pesticides"; and

on page 11, line 25, by deleting "or"; and

on page 12, by replacing line 2 with the following:

"a public institution of higher education; or

(3) the use of neonicotinoids for wood preservation.".
