1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 4028
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 4028 on page 9, by
3 replacing lines 2 through 7 with the following:
4 "comprised of no more than 6 youth aged 14 to 25 and 4
5 representatives of 4 different community based organizations
6 that focus on youth mental health. Of the community-based
7 organizations that focus on youth mental health, one of the
8 community-based organizations shall be led by an
9 LGBTQ-identified person, one of the community-based
10 organizations shall be led by a person of color, and one of the
11 community-based organizations shall be led by a woman. Of the
12 representatives appointed to the council, at least one
13 representative shall be LGBTQ-identified, at least one
14 representative shall be a person of color, and at least one
15 representative shall be a woman. The council members shall be
16 appointed by the Chair of the".
