    Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Makes a technical change in aSection concerning the effect of Article, Part, and Section headings.

1     AN ACT concerning civil law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by
5 changing Section 1-103 as follows:

6     (735 ILCS 5/1-103)  (from Ch. 110, par. 1-103)
7     Sec. 1-103. Effect of headings. Article, Part and~~and~~
8 Section headings contained herein shall not be deemed to
9 govern, limit, modify or in any manner affect the scope,
10 meaning or intent of the provisions of any Article, Part or
11 Section of this Act.
