1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 277
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 277, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 4, by replacing line 3 through 6 with the following:
5 "(a) An offender who defaults in the payment of a fine or
6 any installment of that fine may be held in contempt and
7 imprisoned for nonpayment. The court may issue a summons for
8 his appearance or a warrant of arrest.".
