2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4059 on page 1,
3 line 17, after the period, by inserting "The programs shall be
4 made available in person and virtually."; and

5 on page 1, line 20, after the period, by inserting
6 "Additionally, if one or more persons request that a program
7 be offered in a language other than English, then the
8 Department or its successor must accommodate the request.".
