2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5005, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 2, on page 168, by replacing lines 10 and 11 with the
5 following:
6         "(2) for a semiconductor component parts manufacturer,
7     a ~~or~~ microchip component parts manufacturer, a quantum
8     computer component parts manufacturer, or a company
9     focusing on research and development in the manufacture of
10     component parts for quantum computers, semiconductors, or
11     microchips:"; and

12 on page 180, after "2-12", by inserting "2-29,".
