AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5367

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5367, AS AMENDED, in Section 5, in Sec. 25, subsection (h), in the sentence starting "Notwithstanding the provisions of this subsection (h)", by replacing "if:" with "if the following conditions, as applicable, are met:"; and

by inserting at the end of the bill the following:

"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.".
