1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5455
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5455, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, as follows:

5 on page 4, line 23, after "requirement.", by inserting "The
6 standards may address how a community college shall oversee
7 student teaching requirements under the educator preparation
8 program."; and

9 on page 5, immediately below line 18, by inserting the
10 following:
11 "(c) Nothing in this Section shall be construed to allow
12 community colleges to offer a bachelor's degree program.".
