| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of
Richard "Rick" Allen Risinger, formerly | 4 | | of O'Fallon, who passed away on November 18, 2011; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Richard Risinger was born on October 24, 1957, in | 6 | | Flint, Michigan; and
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Richard Risinger was a proud veteran of the United | 8 | | States Navy; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Richard Risinger was a longtime employee of Bethel | 10 | | Eckert in Collinsville; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Richard Risinger enjoyed spending time with his | 12 | | family and friends; and | 13 | | WHEREAS, Richard Risinger was preceded in death by his | 14 | | mother, Irene (Daddy Bob) Haught; his nephew, Jeffrey Holcomb; | 15 | | his niece, Julie Jones; his father-in-law, Marshall McCane Sr.; | 16 | | and his sister-in-law, Cindy McCane; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Richard Risinger is survived by his loving wife, | 18 | | Amy Risinger; his children, Courtney Risinger, Jennifer | 19 | | (Christian) Charlebois, Matthew Risinger, and Ricky Slogan; |
