| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Donald Wisor of Moline, who passed away | 4 | | on February 9, 2020; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Donald Wisor was born in Clinton, Iowa to Frances | 6 | | and Mary (Kane) Wisor on January 25, 1946; he graduated from | 7 | | Northeast High School in 1964 and was drafted into the U.S. | 8 | | Army during the Vietnam War; he was stationed in San Francisco | 9 | | as an SP5 Personnel Specialist and received an honorable | 10 | | discharge; he married Mary Glunz in Clinton on April 12, 1969; | 11 | | and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Donald Wisor was employed by John Deere for 47 | 13 | | years; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Donald Wisor enjoyed watching and playing various | 15 | | sports, and most recently, he had a passion for playing disc | 16 | | golf; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Donald Wisor was preceded in death by his parents | 18 | | and his sister, Marion; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Donald Wisor is survived by his wife of over 50 | 20 | | years, Mary; his children, John Wisor, Kirt Wisor, Lori (Brent) |

| 7 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | 8 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 9 | | Donald Wisor and extend our sincere condolences to his family, | 10 | | friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further
