| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Mark A. Glassgow, who passed away on | 4 | | March 23, 2012; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, He was born on February 23, 1968; he graduated | 6 | | from Fremd High School and Eastern Illinois University; and
| 7 | | WHEREAS, He served in the United States Navy for 3 years | 8 | | aboard the aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, He worked in finance and banking in Charleston and | 10 | | Champaign; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Mark Glassgow was the proud father of Mark D., | 12 | | Sophie, and Mia Glassgow and former husband of their mother, | 13 | | Liz Glassgow; he was the loving son of Judy, nee Gureno, and | 14 | | the late Bill Glassgow, Jr.; the dearest brother of Matthew | 15 | | (Ann) Glassgow, Lisa (Chris) Dallavo, and John Glassgow; the | 16 | | cherished uncle of Thomas and Katie Glassgow and Olivia and Ava | 17 | | Dallavo; the fond nephew of Nancy (Reed) Cooper, Mary Ann (the | 18 | | late Augie) Gureno, and Mary Jo (the late Ray) Randall; he is | 19 | | also survived by several cousins and his loving girlfriend, | 20 | | Mary Potter; therefore, be it
