3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 16, below line 16, by inserting the following:
5 "(f) The provisions of this Act shall not apply to
6 locksmiths and locksmith agencies licensed under the Private
7 Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, and Locksmith Act
8 of 1993.".
