1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 155
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 155 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 21 with the following:
4 "with prior written notice to the law enforcement agency
5 having jurisdiction, the local liquor control commissioner,
6 or both. No person"; and
7 on page 4, line 2, by replacing "in pursuance of the order"
8 with "in pursuance of the order"; and
9 on page 4, line 3, by replacing "of his or her parent or"
10 with "of his or her parent or"; and
11 on page 4, line 3 by deleting "regular".
