Hazardous Material." 24 with "20.Hazardous Material. The 3 materials so designated may include but are not limited to 4 explosives, radioactive materials, etiologic agents, 5 flammable liquids or solids, combustible liquids or solids, 6 poisons, oxidizing or corrosive materials, and compressed 7 gases."; and 8 on page 64, by replacing lines 24 through 34 with the 9 following: 10 "26.Serious Traffic Violation. "Serious traffic 11 violation" means: 12 (a) A conviction when operating a commercial motor 13 vehicle of: 14 (i) a violation relating to excessive 15 speeding, involving a single speeding charge of 15 16 miles per hour or more above the legal speed limit; 17 or 18 (ii) a violation relating to reckless driving; 19 or 20 (iii) a violation of any State Law or local"; 21 and 22 on page 65, by replacing lines 1 through 17 with the 23 following: 24 "ordinance relating to motor vehicle traffic control 25 (other than parking violations) arising in 26 connection with a fatal traffic accident; or 27 (iv) a violation of Section 6-501, relating to 28 having multiple driver's licenses; or 29 (v) a violation of paragraph (a), of Section 30 6-507, relating to the requirement to have a valid 31 CDL; or 32 (vi) a violation relating to improper or 33 erratic traffic lane changes; or -4- RAS90HB0288JHa398mm 1 (vii) a violation relating to following 2 another vehicle too closely; or 3 (b) any other similar violation of a law or local 4 ordinance of any state relating to motor vehicle traffic 5 control, other than a parking violation, which the 6 Secretary of State determines by Administrative Rule to 7 be serious."; and 8 on page 66, by deleting lines 4 through 33; and 9 by deleting pages 67 through 69; and 10 on page 74, by deleting lines 5 through 33; and 11 on page 75, by deleting lines 1 through 4.
