2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1147, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 24, line 8, after "writing", by inserting the
5 following:
6 "in the form of plans, specifications, and documentation";
7 and
8 on page 24, line 27, after "with", by inserting "any and
9 all"; and
10 on page 24, by replacing lines 28 through 30 with the
11 following:
12 "specifications, and documentation available and said company
13 to construct its said".
