1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1174
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1174 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 2, by replacing "2, 4, 5, and 6" with "2 and
4 5"; and
5 on page 1, lines 6 and 7, by replacing "2, 4, 5, and 6" with
6 "2 and 5"; and
7 on page 1, by deleting line 30; and
8 on page 2, by deleting lines 1 through 7; and
9 on page 2, by replacing lines 19 through 22 with the
10 following:
11 "subsection (a), monies in the Fund shall be used to"; and
12 on page 2, by replacing lines 26 through 30 with the
13 following:
14 "(1) Cost recovery from the Fund is limited to
15 replacement of"; and
16 on page 3, by replacing lines 1 through 3 with the following:
17 "(2) The applicable cost of supplies must exceed 2%
18 5% of the emergency response agency's annual budget.";
19 and
20 on page 3, by deleting lines 18 through 33; and

2 on page 4, lines 8 and 9, by replacing "on January 1, 1999"
