1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1327
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1327, on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 5 through 30 with the following:
4 "minimum academic standards shall include, but not be limited
5 to, a requirement that a student who has completed a semester
6 of enrollment in a high school located in this State must, in
7 order to participate in any such interscholastic athletic
8 competition or extracurricular activity in any succeeding
9 semester, have earned a passing score that is at least equal
10 to the minimum passing score established by the association
11 in at least 20 credit hours of high school work for the
12 semester immediately preceding the semester during which the
13 student wishes to participate in the interscholastic athletic
14 competition or extracurricular activity.".
