3 line 1, by deleting "private"; and
4 on page 3, line 2, by replacing "passenger motor vehicle"
5 with "motor vehicle listed in Section 4 of this Act"; and
6 on page 3, line 3, after "vehicle", by inserting "if the
7 motor vehicle has a back seat".
