1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1633
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1633 as follows:
3 on page 3, by replacing lines 5 through 12 with the
4 following:
5 "(1) Any health care reimbursement plan sponsored
6 wholly or partially by the State.
7 (2) Any private insurance carrier, health care
8 cooperative or alliance, health maintenance
9 organization, insurer, organization, entity,
10 association, affiliation, or person that contracts to
11 provide or provides goods or services that are
12 reimbursed by or are a required benefit of a health
13 benefits program funded wholly or partially by the
14 State."; and
15 on page 4, line 33, by inserting "other than as specifically
16 allowed by law" after "plan"; and
17 on page 5, line 32, by inserting "knowingly and willfully"
18 after "to".
