1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2132
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2132, by replacing
3 lines 6 through 9 with the following:
4 "Section 2. Duty of school administrators. It is the
5 duty of the principal of a public elementary or secondary
6 school, or his or her designee, and the chief administrative
7 officer of a private elementary or secondary school or a
8 public or private community college, college, or university,
9 or his or her designee, to report to the municipal police";
10 and
11 in line 18 by replacing "activity." with "activity within
12 48 hours of becoming aware of the incident. A person who
13 knowingly violates this Section is guilty of a petty offense
14 for which the court may impose a fine of up to $500 for each
15 incident.".
