6 on page 2, line 6, by replacing "Section" with "Section, on a
7 form prescribed by the county clerk,"; and
8 on page 2, line 28, by replacing "leases" with "is the lessee
9 of"; and
10 on page 2, lines 30 and 31, by replacing "rent payable by"
11 with "payments due under the lease from".
