1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3837
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3837 on page 20, by
3 inserting before Section 19 the following:
4 "Section 18b. The sum of $20,000,000, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
6 the Illinois Department of Transportation for all costs
7 associated with improvements to the Schaumburg Tri-angle.
8 Section 18c. The sum of $35,000,000, or so much thereof
9 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
10 the Illinois Department of Transportation for all costs
11 associated with improvements to North Avenue between Gary
12 Avenue and Route 59 in DuPage County.
13 Section 18d. The sum of $12,000,000, or so much thereof
14 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to
15 the Illinois Department of Transportation for all costs
16 associated with Phase I of the Algonquin Road western
17 by-pass.
18 Section 18e. The sum of $8,000,000, or so much thereof as
19 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the
20 Illinois Department of Transportation for all costs
21 associated with the widening of Algonquin Road from Route 31
22 to Randall Road in McHenry County.".
